Bio: Hello all! My name is Daniel Forbes and I am getting close to finishing my degree in Chemistry. I grew up in Highland Utah but have been living in Cedar City for the last three years and I love everything about it. I am a non-traditional student and I have found a lot of joy in the welcoming atmosphere here at SUU. I love to swim, jog, rock climb, camp, read, ride my motorcycle, play board games, and spend time with my friends and family. My favorite food is steak or breakfast burritos and my favorite drink is the apple cider from the annual Apple Festival in nearby New Harmony. The things about SUU that I have found to be most valuable and fulfilling are being involved in organizations like the Archery club or the ACES, the wonderful people that I have built relationships with, the amazing teachers and mentors, and the breathtaking scenery in all of the places around Cedar City.
